Cancellation & Refund Policy

*** Because your massage session is very important to "It's all about you~ "Itsaayou", it is reserved especially for you (the client). "Itsaayou" understands that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore, "Itsaayou" respectfully request   the following:

 Once a client has booked  a session, we ("Itsaayou") will contact you (the client) to confirm all information given for the booked session. If we ("Itsaayou") have not heard back from you (the client) within  48 hours of ("Itsaayou") reaching out to you (the client), your session will be released for availability. Please understand that when you (the client) forget; do not reply with a response or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we ("Itsaayou") miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to book sessions.

Since the services are reserved just for you (the client),

a Cancellation Fee will apply: 

  •   NO SHOW/ NO RESPONSE (within 48 hours) of "Itsaayou" reaching out to confirm your information & reservation will be charged 100% of the booked session amount NO REFUNDS will be given. ******

  • Less than 24 hour notices will result in a charge equal to 50% of the booked session amount.
  • Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of the appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

This cancellation policy allows us ("Itsaayou") the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping "Itsaayou" team schedule filled, thus better serving everyone. "Itsaayou" policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent service for "Itsaayou" established and future clientele. CONFIRMATION TEXTS & PHONE CALLS

As a courtesy, once "Itsaayou" has reached out to you (the client) for confirmation of appointment service date and location choice (In Home or In our Office), we a require a 48 hour reply from you (the client). 

Please understand that it is your (the clients) responsibility to remember your (the client) appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.
